Leadership Academy
Since 1992, Delta Tau Delta has offered its undergraduate students the opportunity to enhance their personal and leadership development through the Leadership Academy. Supported by the Delta Tau Delta Educational Foundation, the Leadership Academy is the premier leadership experience in the Fraternity. Each year, the Leadership Academy is where some of the best and brightest undergraduate students in Delta Tau Delta come together to live, learn, and experience leadership in a fellowship of brotherhood.
This year Delta Tau Delta offered two leadership academy experiences:

Futures Quest
Futures Quest is a leadership institute offered by the North American Interfraternity Conference (NIC) for newly initiated or new members of fraternities. This weekend experience will help participants fully understand what it means to be a member of a values based organization as well as challenge yourself to grow as a leader. Participants also participate in team building opportunities that challenge and engage the participants to build better chapters and better Greek communities. Five scholarships are available to undergraduate members.

Who: New members of Delta Tau Delta (Must have been initiated after January 2011 or a new member)

Undergraduate Interfraternity Institute
The Undergraduate Interfraternity Institute (UIFI) is a co-educational leadership institute offered by the North American Interfraternity Conference (NIC) for undergraduate members of fraternities and sororities. This five day experience will help participants fully understand what it means to be a member of a values based organization as well as challenge yourself to grow as a leader. Presidents and Advisors Retreat
The Presidents and Advisors Retreat is a unique opportunity to assist presidents and chapter advisors develop the skills and relationship necessary to be effective chapter leaders. This program is designed to help enhance the communication and goal setting effectiveness between the president and advisor.
Who: Chapter and colony presidents with their chapter advisor
Where: Fishers, Indiana
When: May 18-20, 2012
