The objective of the social scene at Delta Gamma is to provide an enjoyable, yet safe and responsible atmosphere for brothers of all ages. Activities hosted by Delta Tau Delta range from themed parties to sporting tournaments with other sororities and fraternities on campus.

Some people think that the social aspect of Greek fraternities consists only of consuming alcohol. Those people could not be more mistaken! Greek organizations, specifically Delta Tau Delta, takes a very positive role in educating brothers on the use of alcohol with the DTAA program. Delts Talking About Alcohol educates members about responsible use of and warns of the dangers related to the use of alcohol. Delts also take a positive social role on campus by hosting many dry, or non-alcohol related, social events.

Delta Gamma hosts and participates in many sporting events such as volleyball tournaments and golf tournaments, as well as special events such as movie nights, in which other Greek fraternities and sororities are invited to participate.

Delts hold a strong opinion that brothers of Delta Tau Delta, as well as people affiliated with the Greek system in general, are actually more likely to have a well balanced social experience, because members have access to programs within their organizations which present key information allowing members to make better informed decisions when engaging in social activity.
